What truly sets my role apart is the dual nature of my responsibilities: While I’m leading our team through complex technical challenges, I’m also wearing a product management hat, particularly when it comes to shaping the future of our internal CMS and tooling.

I’m deeply involved in defining the strategic direction for our internal tools, ensuring that every decision we make serves the larger goals of the company, enables efficiency, and drives innovation. As Senior Producer, I am responsible for:
Creating and evolving the product roadmap for our internal CMS and tooling, ensuring it’s aligned with both business priorities and the practical needs of the teams relying on it.

Performance tracking and continuous optimization, making sure our systems are always improving, meeting KPIs, and providing our teams with the best tools available.
